The structure of the 90 minute concurrent lecture sessions is the following:
- Four (4) panelists presenting PowerPoint presentations to illustrate one accepted paper each. Presenters will have 15 minutes available each. The PowerPoint presentation should summarize and illustrate your final paper. An optional template of the powerpoint presentation is available for download here or on the papers.evs29.org platform for your convenience.
- Two (2) moderators will be preside over each session, responsible for managing introductions and 15 minutes of Q&A.
- The current EVS29 schedule, with presenters, is listed on this website under Program - http://www.evs29.org/program/full-program-schedule-draft.
Submitting your presentation:
You must be a registered attendee of EV29 in order to upload your PowerPoint and present at EVS29. Lead authors with accepted papers that have been officially registered at EVS29 will have received an email from PresentationManagement@freemanco.com, our audio visual managers, with a subject line: EVS29: Submitting Your PowerPoint. This email includes instructions on advance upload. Please be sure to check your spam filters for this email. In case you missed this email, or if you are a co-author making the presentation on behalf of the lead author, the instructions are the following:
The EVS29 Presentation Management Website is now open to EVS29 Lecture Presenters for advance submission of PowerPoint presentations. For your convenience, you may submit your PowerPoint presentation via the internet in advance of the event.
Just to confirm, your username for this presentation upload system is the email address you used to register for EVS29. To ensure the security of our presentation management system, each accepted and registered author will have received a personalized link to begin the upload process. When you click on the link, you will be prompted to create a password. Once that is complete, you will be on the page to upload your presentation. Please note this registration link will only work with the email address listed earlier in this section. If you are a co-author or are unable to locate your personal email/link, please contact email@example.com for assistance in logging into the system.
After you have completed the registration process (assigned a password) you may access the site in future by going to https://EVS29.SessionUpload.com and entering your email address and password (created during the registration process). Please be aware the advanced submission deadline is Thursday, June 16th at 5pm EDT (UTC-5).

Confirmation that your Presentation was received
After submitting a file, you will receive a confirmation email within an hour. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact email@example.com to ensure your file was received. When contacting support for technical issues please reference EVS29 as the conference name and the presenter’s full name.
How to make changes to your presentation
If you need to make changes to a presentation that you submitted, you may resubmit the files on the website using a new file name; you should also delete the earlier submission. Even if you submitted your presentation in advance of the event, It is strongly suggested to review your presentation prior to your session to ensure it meets your requirements. Please visit the Speaker Ready Room upon your arrival on site at the Palais des congrès in Montreal.
How to back up files
Although we take every precaution to ensure files are not corrupted during the file upload, it is always recommended that a backup copy of your presentation is brought with you on a CD or USB stick.
Speaker Ready Room and Submitting Your Presentation on Site
If you do not submit your presentation in advance, you are asked to bring it to the Speaker Ready Room on site at the EVS29 Symposium and Exhibition in the Palais des congrès to ensure the quality of your presentation(s) including fonts, bullets, outlines, animations, etc. The Speaker Ready Room computers are configured with the same hardware and software as those in the presentation rooms. All presenters are asked to submit their final presentation revisions no later than 4 hours prior to their presentation time.

Dialogue with the experts presentations, listed in the EVS29 program tab, will have one full side of a board to conduct presentations. Suggested dimensions are: 37 ½’’ x 34 ½’’ to maximize the amount of space presenters will have to illustrate their accepted papers. Presenters will bring their final poster directly to EVS29 and will receive further instructions at the registration desk, including the location of the poster, how to affix your presentation and other available materials.
